Oh Tea - How I Love Thee!

Calling all tea lovers! Do you enjoy a good cup of tea (or cups) in the morning? Like my java-loving counterparts, I start my day with a few strong cups of my favorite morning brew - Harney & Sons English Breakfast. It's a smooth, strong brew that sets the beginning of the day just right when sipped slowly. (Note: The previous contains a paid link, but I really do enjoy it!)

Do I really love Harney & Sons? See for yourself! These are just a few of the many canisters I have saved. There are many more tucked away for a rainy day project while I am enjoying a cup of their tea!

I haven't quite figured out what I'm going to do with them, but they make great little storage containers for all sorts of things and when my grands are over visiting, I'll just throw some wooden toys or blocks in them and shake them. I suspect they'll end up in my garden eventually, I just haven't figured out where. Seed containers, perhaps? What are your ideas?

Woodland Cards - Fun!

I had so much fun making this sweet set of Woodland blank cards incorporating all of my favorite woodland animals - owls, deer, bear, chipmunks, birds, etc. They are all printed on Kraft paper and come with a Kraft envelope for mailing.

If anyone is interested, they are available here for purchase!

Winter's Last Breath

It's at the point now that I never know what I'll wake up to! The storm that blew through last night was supposed to leave 2-4 inches, but there's 5 out there this morning on top of all the other snow. Fortunately, the temps are supposed to (in true New England style), bounce up to near 50 degrees today. "Boomerang weather" is what we call it when the temps fluctuate 40 degrees in one day.  I caught this little bluebird sitting on top of the shepherd's hook just checking everything out.
